Returns You have 14 days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper installation
- Items returned after 14 days of delivery
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Damaged or Wrong Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos at: support@carnnix.com
Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
